    • What deposit you’ll need

    • How your visa, credit history, and income will affect your mortgage options

    • We explain everything in simple terms—no jargon, no pressure.

  • This is your chance to ask anything—from “What is a mortgage?” to “Can I buy with someone else?” or “Is it better to wait or start now?” We’ll give honest, helpful answers based on your goals.

  • If you’re not quite ready to buy yet, we’ll help you:

    • Get financially prepared
